Prepare to provide evidence-informed, non-clinical support to families throughout pregnancy, labor, and birth.
Training includes pregnancy anatomy and physiology, stages of labor, comfort measures, labor positioning, communication, advocacy, informed decision-making, birth planning, cultural humility, documentation, professional standards, community resource navigation, and supporting diverse birth experiences in hospital, birth center, and home settings.

Postpartum Doula Training
Build the skills to support families during the critical postpartum period with practical, family-centered care.
Training includes postpartum anatomy and recovery, newborn care fundamentals, infant feeding support, maternal emotional wellness, postpartum warning signs, family adjustment, sibling support, boundaries and scope of practice, documentation, community resource navigation, referral pathways, and delivering effective in-home postpartum support.
